Incline Village,
The only planned community at Lake Tahoe, is located on the north shore of the lake. Private Beaches,
There are two exclusive-use beaches in Incline and an exclusive-use Boat Launch for trailered boats at Ski Beach. The beaches have picnic areas with barbecue pits, play equipment for children, snack bars, lifeguards and changing rooms. Burnt Cedar Beach has a 25-meter swimming pool, one-meter diving board and a wading pool for young children. Incline Beach features two volley ball areas.

Incline Village has two golf courses. The Mountain Course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., has two par fours on both the front and back nine, the rest are all par threes. The Championship Course designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr., is a terrific alpine course; one of the best courses in the Reno/Tahoe area. Golf carts are no longer mandatory, and 3-wheel push carts are now allowed. Incline residents play at a significant discount. Each course has a pro shop, snack bar, and a PGA certified class A pro.

Located on Incline Way directly above the Village Green.

Diamond Peak Ski Resort is a family oriented ski facility. The resort has an acclaimed ski school, child ski center, America’s first Launch Pad Loading System, ski shop, ski rentals, cafeteria bar, locker rooms and the Snowflake Lodge at the top of Lakeview chair lift. Diamond Peak offers discounted lift tickets and season passes to Incline residents.

Chateau Community Building,
The building is located at he Championship Course and was part of the $4 million dollar renovation of the Campionship Course. It is rebuilt from top to bottom and is available at a nominal charge for weddings, receptions, dances, parties, business meetings, etc. It has full kitchen facilities and a restaurant with views of the tenth green and fairway.

Aspen Grove,
Located across from the Ski Beach boat launch, it has a beautiful picnic and barbecue are next to the creek. It has a large outdoor BBQ area. Available for meetings, picnics, weddings, etc.

Currently there are sixteen miles of bike/pedestrian paths in Incline.
